Can I move the brightness and volume OSD to the bottom of the screen?

Yes. Open Settings > Keyboard > OSD and set OSD location and style to Bottom-center. This places BetterDisplay’s compact feedback near the bottom center of the selected screen. Classic also appears near the bottom center, but uses a larger square design.

For Bottom-center or Classic, use Show OSD on in the same settings area to choose Affected display, Active display or Main display. See OSD settings for the available placements, display targeting and value-display options.

If brightness changes on the screen under the pointer but feedback appears on the screen with the active window, choose Affected display for Show OSD on. Keyboard targeting and OSD placement are separate preferences. The Under the app menu icon style follows its menu anchor. Choose a screen-positioned style such as Bottom-center to use the display selector.

These settings affect BetterDisplay’s feedback. A monitor can also draw its own brightness or volume indicator, which BetterDisplay cannot generally reposition or suppress. Hiding that hardware indicator requires a setting or supported command provided by the monitor. If you only need the monitor’s own volume indicator, turn off Show volume OSD with keyboard control under Settings > Displays > [display] > Device Control > Volume Control… where available. This does not suppress the separate native-output fallback. See Volume Control for its scope.
