Open Tools when you want to work with several displays at once or use a separate window for a task. These actions sit outside an individual display's menu section because their scope is broader.

Use Displays And Virtual Screens for bulk connection actions, or Groups to work with coordinated displays. The window tools let you show selected content or filtered output in their own windows.
